Charities
As a caring Christian school, we wish to encourage children to bring hope and friendship to others by giving to charity and support those less fortunate than themselves. This helps to develop a sense of fairness, compassion and community within the children. We want to be able to manage such charitable giving to support a wide spread of worthy causes. Many of the charities we support are suggested by the children. Indeed we also accept donations on behalf of charities where children have organised their own money raising events outside school.
As well as a rolling programme of charitable giving we also regularly support the Joy School, Uganda.
